Blocks
Choose the block (4 in, 5 in or 8 in hollow), enter the wall length and height, deduct doors and windows, and set the mortar joint. Blocks = wall area ÷ (laid face + joint), plus wastage. The calculator also tells you if the order reaches 1,050 blocks for free delivery within 10 km of Wennappuwa.
Pavers
Choose Uni, Cobel or Eliyana, enter the area and the pattern. Nominal pieces per m² by size: Uni about 41, Cobel about 50, Eliyana about 100. Laid counts vary with joints and pattern and are confirmed with your quote.
What it does not do
It does not design the wall or the pavement. Your engineer sets block strength for load-bearing walls and the sub-base for vehicle paving.
